Whois Privacy Protection in Website Hosting
If you order a website hosting plan from our company, you’ll be able to activate Whois Privacy Protection for any of your domain names in case their extensions support the service. You can register/transfer a domain name and enable Whois Privacy Protection during the signup process or you can enable the service for any of your domain names at any time later via the Hepsia hosting Control Panel. The procedure is really easy – after you sign in, you will have to go to the Registered Domains section where you’ll find a list of all the domains that you have registered with us. For each one of them you will notice an “Whois Privacy Protection” logo, which will let you know whether the service is active or not. By clicking it, you can either Whois Privacy Protect the domain name, or you can disable the service if it is currently activated.
Whois Privacy Protection in Semi-dedicated Hosting
In case you have a semi-dedicated server account with our company and you register a domain under it, you can add our Whois Privacy Protection service effortlessly. This takes only a few clicks in the Hepsia Control Panel’s Registered Domains section, through which you manage everything related to your semi-dedicated hosting account. This is the place where you can see all your domains and for each of them you will see an “Whois Privacy Protection” sign, using which you can activate, renew or remove the service. Of course, this can be done only with generic and country-code domain name extensions that support this option and you’ll be able to see this in advance, so you will not end up purchasing a service that we can’t provide.
