A catch-all email mailbox receives email messages sent to non-existent email addresses under the exact same domain. For example, a message sent to the mistyped suport@domain.com will be delivered to support@domain.com if the catch-all feature has been activated for the latter. Thus, you can get messages from partners or clients who may have sent a message to your email address with a spelling mistake or to an old one, which they may still have, but you have already deleted. Just one single mailbox per domain name can be a catch-all one and email forwarding cannot be enabled for such a mailbox. This is so because of the fact that at a certain moment you may begin receiving spam email messages in the catch-all mailbox and the forwarding limitation means that the spam will not be sent to a third-party mailbox.

With one single click on the icon you can activate or deactivate this option whenever you like. If there’s enabled email forwarding or if another mailbox has already been configured as a catch-all one for a particular domain name, you’ll get a warning message from our system.
